Computer users must have a library card or student ID to use the computers. Users must enter the last nine digits of the library card barcode or student ID barcode to log onto the workstations.  Library policy prohibits access to email or chat rooms.

Instructors place books, articles, audiovisuals, or other items on reserve for students in their classes. Items designated for library use only must be used inside the LRC. Other items circulate for varying periods. Reserves are checked out at the Circulation Desk.

  • Interlibrary Loan
Students, faculty, and staff may borrow materials from other libraries in the area, state, or region that are unavailable in either PCC campus library.  Although borrowing books is usually free, users must pay for photocopies.  To request a book or article through interlibrary loan, complete an Interlibrary Loan Request Form online.

  • Library Instruction
Each student is required to attend an LRC orientation.  Individual and group instruction in using library resources is available upon request.  You may schedule an instruction session with the Reference Librarian, the Dean of the LRC, or the Coordinator, Library Services, Caswell County Campus
